Apple are masters of marketing their products. Whether you love them or hate them, there can be no doubt about this fact. The marketing surrounding the iPhone has been particularly masterly. Part of their marketing model for the iPhone is in selling iPhone accessories and add-ons. Also the Apps store will play a revenue-generating role for the technology giant.
Some of the iPhone accessories are produced by Apple themselves; others are produced by independent companies and designers that just want a piece of the action. And why not.
Some iPhone accessories are predictable: Bluetooth headsets, headphones, cases, screen protectors and the like. These accessories de jour are all perfectly usable and are probably even necessary to drag the utility of the iPhone up to the standard of similar gadgets.
Other iPhone accessories are a little more quirky. The iPhone travel pillow combines some comfortable earphones with an even more comfortable travel pillow. The idea behind the pillow is that it allows you a comfortable sleep while you’re still listening to your tunes; sometimes this is a difficult feat while you’ve got headphones in. Wonderfully inventive, I’m sure you’ll agree!
Look out for these iPhone accessories: they’re a great way to freshen up your iPhone and to make it ‘fun’ again.
