So what is it about Patong girls’ that has Western guys so enthralled? They tell the man that they love him, and that he is very handsome and that he is so special. Men love to have their egos stroked and they lap this up. There is no attempt at trying to understand Patong girls, and perhaps if there was they still might not come to the conclusion that they were being played: this harsh reality is much worse than imagining that this beautiful girl really loves him.
